Renovations and additions really put imagination to the test as you try to preserve what you like of the old, mix in the new and bring out the hidden potential of your home.  Being able to successfully transform an existing house takes expertise in all areas of home construction.  It takes a lot of advance planning and crawling around crawl spaces and attics to assess what can be accomplished and to design and build the project. 

Many of our projects involve the “aging in place” plans that many of us have made to remain in our own homes as long as possible.  We make suggestions for low threshold showers, grab bars, ADA adaptable door handles, light switches and faucets and of course first floor master suites.   We also have converted homes to open concept for ease of entertainment and mobility.
