A home is one of the most significant financial and emotional investments we make. With that being said, we understand that our reputation is our greatest asset in earning your trust.  We will walk through each part of the building process with you.

Because we are designer-builders we are able to suggest changes to our own or others’ blueprints to offer you alternative options to utilize space and get the most for your money.   You will be asked repeatedly to view the project during various stages with us to make sure that the outcome is how you envisioned it.  You will also meet with several of our subcontractors to make selections of cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, electrical etc.
